Pain when I pass stools

When I pass stools it's burns and pains alot. I can feel a little skin kind around that place. I have consulted a gyno and have been taking tablet and applying oxyrute ointment in that area for the past 10 days but no improvement. Kindly suggest any other best ointment for application, would not be intrested in taking any tablet as I'm breastfeeding.
