Sir I have pain in the lower right abdomen since yesterday night and pain is coming and going and the pain area is near inguinal ligament and no tenderness in that area when pressed and no pain while moving and no pain while urinating   what could be the cause sir is it uti or appendix related sir?

Please consult with a urologist or other available doctor for at least basic work up like USG while abdomen , urine r/m, culture.
