I have a mild pain & swelling in the right testicle since two days . I am not under any medication but the pain has slowly started increasing now (though mildly). I do not have fever .

There might be inflammation in testicle . Get a clinical examination done by a general surgeon/ urologist. Ultrasonography may or may not be required. Scrotal support is advisable
