Sir, I just want to know that after taking gastric tablet like Pantosig DSR, can it reduce pain to any extent which may b pain due to problems of kidney,appendix or gall bladder...pls inform...

No, except gastric problem it won't reduce the pain.. Sometimes placebo effect happens.. Google placebo if you want further clarification.
