Pain on skull

Hello, I am having mild pain on top right side of the skull since a month, it isnt causing any neurological issues but is making me anxious. Its coming from top right side to front right side too. Kindly advice regarding this. Thank you.

Get a eye check up done. Limit mobile use. Try tab tryptomer 10 half tablet after dinner for 10 days.
