Pain on right side of abdomen

I am having pain on right side of abdomen, this pain occures when I try to sit on chair, while getting up from after sitting for long time , while bending forward . Pl suggest

This is postural pain aggravated by movement. Get a sonography of abdomen done along with Vit D3 levels checked. See a doctor or do an online video consultation
