Pain on penis tip
I am having too much pain on penis tip and burning like sensation. I already have phimosis from years. It feels like a wound on the tip portion. I never retracted my penis hence the glans penis has never been exposed to the air.

U may be having infection due to non maintenance of hygiene... For which u need to start antibiotics.... And u also need examination by urologist for the phimosis part, whether complete circumcision is needed
