Pain on middle right back

I am having pain on my right back in the middle area and it floats below my armpit and goes down to the right arm sometimes. I am not able to empty my bowel and pass gasses. I have a fatty liver and left kidney stone. Please suggest what could be the cause of my pain.

Looks due to gas. But do a chest xray and ECG also.
