Pain on defecation and nauseous feeling

It has been two days, I feel  pain and tightness at anal area on every defecation. some time poop was hard but even passing soft stool , I felt very tight muscle pain in that anal area. After passing stool I felt slightly nauseous. Even at sitting felt continuously pain. What should I do now? Please reply
