Good evng Im male,34 year,prediabetic,from 2 days prob on penis ,im unable to pull foreskin,it hurts and while urinating urine sludes from penis glan since i cant pull it and burning sensation. Also white sticky matter whuch is not completely removing even with soap. Pls suggest medicine
