Pain lower abdomen while irrect

I am having pain in lower abdomen while my penis irrecting also while ejaculations. Its having pain since last 2 years started as mild from lower abdomen right side corner and its now radiating to back also having constipation issue since last 2 years. I did ultrasound in lower abdomen but nothing found. Please help me what to do.
