I m 3 months pregnant and facing acute pain inside the mouth.may be due to development of 3rd molar teeth.kindly advice the best pain killer which I can take during pregnancy.looking forward to urgent advice.

Paracetamol tablet is best pain killer during pregnancy.If not getting any relief meet to dentist . Maybe he or she will prescribe some antibiotics with pain killer.Eventhough not relief get extraction of tooth.
