I am having pain just above the left Testicle. Based on primary consultation, I took Clavunate 625 for epididymetis. But the pain still persisted. The ultrasound of the scrotum shows a 3 X 3 mm cyst on the head of the left epididymis and 2 small hydroceles on each testicle. No Rete testes dilation, normal testicular size shape and vascularity Both side epididymis measure 0.8 X 0.6cm The doctor says that the cyst is too small to cause any problem or pain. But my pain still persists . What can be the reason of pain?
