I have been experiencing mild to moderate pain inside anus. My motions are all good and the stool is also clear. But the mild pain is there for most of the time and is causing uneasiness. Kindly help.

hello there. have high fiber diet and drink lots of water. have one bowl of curd twice a day. this much will be enough. regards
