Pain in Waist lower back and belly

I am 31 week pregnant with IVF. From today morning 3 to 4 tines my back waist and lower belly pain coming for 2-3 minutes and going. Is there any problem? Is it a sign of labor? When I last visited she told me to walk daily 30-40 minutes is it a reason for that. I am bit afraid and confused. Please guide

Walking doesn't cause pain. Pain every 2 to 3 minutes needs to be evaluated. Visit your doctor immediately.
