Pain in Urine & little bit Abdomen pain

Pain in passing urine (not Every time) and Pain in Lower abdomen some time's.  from last 20 days. Used vitamin tablets for 1 month- stopped last 4 days back. Taken "Disodium Hydrogen Citrate syrup" 2 days. But after that problem is same. Drinking water regularly. Attached today's Urine Test Reports and also CBP Reports. Please Check and Give me Suggestion. Vitamin Tablets used Evlon LC A2Z NS Limcee Gemcal D3 Thank you Srikanth.
