Do you have constipation? Take tab dicycloverine 10mg one every 8 hours for 3 days. Syp mucaine gel 5ml every 8 hours for a week. Drink more water. Take small frequent, fat free meals low in spices. Take more of fresh green leafy vegetables,  fresh fruits. Restrict tea, coffee intake. If possible,  get upper G.I endoscopy done to exclude any underlying problem like gastritis,  ulcer, etc.

Inj diclofenecone ample intramuscular in gluteal reason. Of meftal spas ds two times a day after food. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times. Light  non spicy.
