From some days when i bend down feels dull pain above belly button when i relaxed feels comfortable what was caused

This may be because of Gastritis Tab Pantoprazole 40  1 tab empty stomach Drink plenty of fluids Avoid spicy food and beverage (If any h/o smoking, should  quit)
