Pain in upper abdomen

I am having pain in upper abdomen just below the chest. The pain is not constant, but keeps coming every 30-40mins. Kindly suggest

Hi, your pain is due to gastric related problem. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking. Have food in time, drink plenty of water. Kindly consult Physician for medications....
