I have a severe pain in thumb finger since 2 weeks no casualty, I feel pain when I press the nail and while folding the finger and there is mild swelling as well. I met physician but no infection was traced. I met ortho and conducted blood test and suggested to use vitamin b12 tablets (Benstrong). But still I feel the pain from inside like burning sensation and inflammation kind of pain. Could you please suggest what kind of medication is required.

It could be a glomus tumor. That would cause symptoms as described. It needs clinical examination and investigations.

Your symptoms are similar to paronychia, which is an infection around nail bed.  I would recommend you to dip your thumb in warm/hot water daily for few days. Also is there any redness or swelling particularly around nail bed?
Next Steps
Get an X-ray if possible. You can  get an online consultation with me once the X-ray is done.
