Pain in the right lower abdominal from two days I had kidney stones in the left side had a treatment as well now it's pain in the right side

Right lower abdomen pain most common cause in your age is renal/ ureteric stones and appendicitis. Since you have history of stone disease most likely will be kidney stones only.
