I have been experiencing dull and burning type pain in my right hypochondriac region since 1 week and radiating towards back, upon doing all the necessary tests (CBC,LFT,CRP,USG,Anti HAv,Scrub Elisa,LDH, stool Analysis,URE,RFT) (Everything was normal except the Increased indirect bilirubin i,e 2.5), After that doctors advised me to do Blood Smear because i used to take antibiotics for 2-3 weeks, suspecting of hemolysis But that also is normal

Pain in right hypochondrium radiation to back is typical GB pain. Make sure you have gotten the USG from an authentic place with experienced radiologist. Sometimes small stones or sludge can be missed. If that is normal, it can be functional GB pain which occurs in absence of gall stones Next step is you should visit a gastroenterologist or a GI surgeon
