My ECG, 2d echo and lipid profile are all normal, still I have chest pains when I walk or run or even when I lift any heavy objects. What could be the problem? Please guide.

Hi, heart problem is not the only cause for cheat pain , even in gastritis person experience heart burning sensation ,symptoms include burps , loss appetite , bloating sensation get endoscopy done and consult gastroenterologist .
