I am having slight pain in next to center left of chest which comes and goes and the pain lasts for less than 1sec.the sometimes I used have rapid and irregular heartbeat.I used to smoke.I have pain in left hand,which comes and go

Hi any issues with chest pain or discomfort to be immediately sought for physician opinion.... as suspected cardiac issues to be evaluated as soon as possible.
