Pain in the Chest ,

For the past 4 days my uncle is feeling pain during breathing, and normally during any hard work . He went to a cardiologist and he  did an ECG and advised him for  Angiography . Everything was so sudden . I ATTACHED THE PHOTO OF ECG . KINDLY PLEASE INTERPRET THE ECG .

Slight changes But important is clinical evaluation which has been done by cardiologist
