I was masterbating yesterday while holding my urine. During the time of ejaculation, My urine didn't come out as I was ejaculating which caused a sharp pain travelling from my groin area to my upper abdomen on both left and right sides. Then after a few mins I urinated.  From then till now, I feel a constant dull ache in the upper abdomen on left and right sides. Will it be due to holding my urine? Would that have harmed my kidneys?
