Ok . So since how many days you are getting pain.? Is there any history of trauma or suddenly you got pain.? What about other testicle..? Is it removed by surgery due to some excruciating pain followed by..? Which is torsion of testis feature. But first immediately we have to USG inguinoscrotal region with doppler
