I am experiencing pain in my back and pain in right abdomen aswell as in testicles its but there is no pain during urination as well as colour of urine is also colour less

Sounds like a non-specific pain, maybe a part of back or spinal disc problem. Other possibility to rule out is a urinary stone problem.  Take a painkiller for few days and see if pain subsides.
