I have fever since 5 days and have white spots and patches on my tongue,cheek and palate and have problem swallowing anything because of that,and I also have a little swelling near my jaw and coughing.

your symptoms sound like scarlet fever or a strep throat. why not consult a doctor he will prescribe further tests to rule out any other problems. if it is strep throat /scarlet fever it will be treated with antibiotics like erythromycin
