Positive pregnency test and feeling pain in stomach and feeling womiting since i was tested my pregnency,unable to eat properly and feeling very annoying sometimes.

Nausea is normal in pregnancy. Do Beta Hcg blood test. Consult obstetrician if vomiting Is too much.
