Pain in Stomach and Loose motion

My son got pain in Stomach and Loose motion fro last 5 days, whenever he eat something after 10 to 15 mins he keep on saying that he is having pain in his stomach. And even after 10 mins he gets diaherria. Unsure when he will get recovered. Current medical prescription is attached herewith for your quick look.
