Pain in stomach and back simultaneously

Severe pain in the upper right quadrant of stomach and exactly behind it in the back which lasted for 10 minutes. Have been bloating very often since two weeks with severe pain. Also have frequent urination issues and urinary incontinence. Anticipating for the proper advice. Thanking you in advance.

Please get a USG WHOLE ABDOMEN+KUB done.. suspecting Gall Stones / Pancreatitis..
