I has been called from activa when I was trying to back and all of sudden I fall from activa from my right side. My body from right side hit on the road and I have pain in my right side below 4 inch lower below under arms. Please suggest what to do?

It could either be a soft tissue injury or a fractured rib because of the trauma.
