I had period 3 days over due date and held for only one day. Upt negative.  High Pain in tube side stomach last period date 19june . And this month period date 22july . Only one day period . Upt test today test negative

If periods is not proper and UPT is negative you can get serum BetaHCG done if pain persists
Next Steps
If Serum Beta HCG is negative take Tablet cyclopam three time a day for three days
