I have burning in chest for quite a few days and off late since last two days, I have pain in shoulder and stretching in neck and jaw. I feel at complete loss of energy and fatigued, get tired doing almost nothing. My BP is normal 123/76 and my pulse is 84.

You seem to be having acute gastritis with muscle spasms. Start taking cap Omez D twice daily before meals. Also take Tab Zerodol-TH twice daily for 5 days. Avoid oily and fried food. Engage in 30 minutes daily walk. Also get your Lipid profile and serum B12 levels checked. All the best.
