Pain in shoulder,bone below chest, groin

I meet with a bike accident a week ago, and i fell on road! I have pain in my right shoulder just above the arm which is getting better by the day and is very mild! But i have pain in the bone below my chest which gets aggravated while i lie down! Which dr should i contact for that? Similiarly i have mile pain in my groin area due to tha fuel tank! Please suggest me! Thanx in advance :)

Should get it evaluated once ..clinical examination required . Should consult a general surgeon or orthopaedic
