Pain in right upper arm

Last week suddenly there was pain in my right hand going from thumb to shoulder .after day the pain reduced but since then there is pain in My upper arm. Is it some heart related thing?

Right side arm pain has got nothing to do with normal people with left sided heart position. Don't worry.
