Hi Doctor, Thanks For Your Time. From Last Few Months, I Am Having Regular & Dull Pain In Right Testicle & Sometimes It Increases & Feels More After Ejaculation. My Penis Is Also Always Wet Under The Skin Because Of Some Sticky Discharge Covering The Entire Penis Under The Foreskin. There Is No Pain In Penis, But Only In Right Testicle. Please Help.

It might be due to urine infection and sometimes spread to testis causing pain. Need to get urine tests done and review
