I have pain in abdomen behind near lower rib and sometimes the pain in upper part of left rib .. what can be the cause and what medicine should I eat !!! Not sure if this is any organ pain or normal back pain and I feel gastric also ..Can this be because of gastric pain .. please help

Yes can be some pain related to Digestive tract. Do take Pantoprazole 40 empty stomach morning if it's not helping can be some neuromuscular agitation. Do get an ECG just to r/o any cardiac involvement. Can consult me for further advice and follow up. thank you
