MRI REPORT-
lateral end of clavicle is slightly elevated , but not above the superior border or upper margin of the acromion process.mild edema is seen at this level with minimal effusion.
small subchondral cryst and marrow edema is seen at clavicular end of AC joint. subchondral marrow edema is also seen at acromion end of AC joint.
superior and inferior acromoi clavicular ligaments show diffuse hyperintense signal on PDFS ? sprain or secondary to inflammation.
