Pain in Right hand pinky and ring finger

Last night while eating dinner i had a pain in my right hand pinky and ring finger.  it was so severe that i to eat with my left hand. I applied gel and bandage and went to sleep. Now in morning both of my fingers are swelled and my wrist and upper right hand is also paining. Plz suggest
