TILL THAN TAB TRAMADOL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD. ORTHO OIL LOCALLY TWO THREE TIMES A DAY. HOT FOAMENTATION WITH HOT WAETR BAG OR GEL BAG. HOT WAETR BATH. OK
