I have a pain in right armpit from last 1month when I pressed feeling pain,no swelling,kindly tell me is it need to concern ?last month I have pain in both hand nd upper back side,I took homeopathic medicine and it goes away,now only armpit pain no pain in breast nd no any acne luks on the armpit,kindly tell me wat to do?

From history it could be due bad sitting position ,or post viral lymphoid inflammation etc without palpating it’s difficult to diagnose
