Pain in right abdomen

Ive been having these pain from past one year. My amlayse is 120 and its not constant.. lipase in control. I have done ct abdomen and it was normal. And did ct angiogram of abdomen.. it showed multiple tiny cycsts in left lobe of liver and calcification in segment IV b of liver. And small cyst in lower pole of right kidney. And i am under constant pain through out the day. After eating it worsens. Kindly advice for the pain to subside..
