Today during pooping I gave pressure... Due to that very little bit of semen came out from penis. But I felt that it didn't came out fully. So I pressured myself and I pissed but still semen didn't came out. During this process me penis head started to pain. So I stopped trying to piss. And eventually the pain went out after sometime. But now whenever I am urinating there is little bit of burning sensation in my penis head... What should I do?
