Pain in neck base after improper sleep

2018-06-04 14:25:15
Hi Doctors, I need your help. My wife aged 28 years is suffering from neck/shoulder pain. We guess it happened after improper sleeping position. Same thing had happened to her 4 years back and Doctor said severe neck spasm. And the pain subsidised after two weeks.  Right now is she suffering from past three days. And as per family n friends suggestions she took Hifenac and cip zock. And I have been giving her a massage as well, but no avail yet. Please suggest some medicine. Also tell me which specialist should I consult.

Ideally it should have been better with hip zoc. Plz check if your massage is creating trouble for her. And put ice on the affected muscle for 15 mins, you can apply ice again after 2 hrs gap. If pain still doesn't subside visit a physiotherapist near by..
