Pain in neck & upper chest part

Hello sir, I have a pain in upper part of chest & around the neck when i lay down on bed but same has been cured while sitting. I am not able to sleep at all. Pain is very severe during sleeping. Can you please suggest me what might be the problem & what medications to be took ??

This might be due to spondilitis .
Next Steps
take analgesic tablet. sleep on flat bed. don't use pillow or use light pillow. use neck belt. avoid bending  work.
