Pain in my groin area

Hello, I have pain in my groin area, right at the bend of my leg and abdomen. It's like a dull knife stab, or a cramp, especially when I sit or in a 45 degree position. I have to sit with my leg stretched all the way out to lesson the pain. At it's worst, when I stand, the pain goes up and around to the outside of my hip. No tingling/numbness. Knee buckles at times.

This pain could be from a Hip joint infliction or  a Muscular pain or even a Hernia, so get yourself examined and get it sorted out.
