Pain in lower back and legs

I had Cifran c.t daily for five days and stopped as I had some loose motion problem. Thereafter I got constipation problem with pain  lower back and in legs. I couldn't sleep due to pain. It was very uneasy due to non passing of gas. In morning after motion I got relief. Please suggest me this problem comes under General physician. What is the immediate remedy for immediate relief if it occurs again in night
