Dear doctor iam getting pain in lower abdomen right side when my private organs reacting since 2020 December I went for scanning doctors said nothing is there everything normal. I stopped ejaculation but if I am trying the pain is coming it is increasing more than previous what I have to do Doctor said use pain killer how many times I have to use if the pain persists again and again please help me

Pain during ejaculation might be due to infections, swelling or nerve stretching. Over indulgence in ejaculation can cause this.    Good physical exercise and drinking water can help. Sometimes a hernia or hydrocele or varicoceal can cause this.    Better get it tested and scanned
